If you have a fear of stepping onto the weighing scale, or maybe you’re just afraid of numbers, I can totally understand you. I mean, who invented that judgmental piece of machine? Not only does it feel cold when you step on it, it also glares right back at you to report how heavy you are.
How rude! Especially when it says (without sympathy) you’ve gained (yet another) two more kilos. It can be really hurtful. And the whole process goes like this:
